Rise Poker Refund Conditions
The paid products offered within Rise Poker are completely digital and are
processed directly into your game account after your purchase. It is clearly
stated what these products are and since they are completely digital, there is
no reason for dissatisfaction. When purchasing products, various confirmations-verifications
are requested when making payments on platforms (Website, Facebook, Google Play,
Apple Store..). These verifications are the responsibility of the relevant
platform and eliminate accidental purchases and guarantee that the payment was
made by the device owner. Since the purchased products can be consumed instantly
within the game, we CANNOT make a refund. However, due to some special reasons,
the Platforms (Facebook, AppStore, GooglePlay..) have their own refund policies
(Fraud, Deception..), and based on this, if you request a refund intentionally,
if the purchased products in your account are consumed or deliberately
transferred to other accounts, we may impose a penalty on your account and the
other accounts to which the products are transferred may also be penalized.
These penalties may include complete cancellation of the account or a certain
period of entry ban.
The purchased product not being processed into the account;
If the product you purchased has not been processed into your account despite
making the payment due to various possible technical reasons, you can contact us
at [email protected] and request that the transaction be checked. After making
the necessary checks, if a technical problem is detected, the product will be
added to your account.

reserves the right to change and delete any digital assets in accounts as
desired.
